Craft a Sitting Space
Create a sweet space for yourself.
Where is an area in your home / bedroom that you can craft as a sacred space. By a window? Against a wall? A cozy corner?
Option to have a small puja ( altar) with images, words, figures that inspire devotion, love, compassion.
10 min once a day working up to 15min twice a day
Morning or Night
Choose one and begin there.
Using a timer maybe the app ( I-Qi)
If possible try to do they same time every morning / night.
If not possible no worries but honor the space and time for yourself by committing to it.
To begin practice the clearing exercise
( a Tantric Buddhist practice)
Exhaling anything on your mind, all the mundane ordinary thoughts and inhaling warm, gentle light.
If it inspires you or feeds you give the color a hue- a golden white light, for example.
